At Genio, we are committed to making our web and mobile apps as accessible as possible, and we conduct comprehensive testing to achieve a high degree of compatibility with screen readers including TalkBack, VoiceOver, and JAWS. Any changes made to our web platform are automatically pulled across to our mobile platform, meaning new features and improvements are brought to mobile much faster than before. Transparency is part of how we hold ourselves to account. Before you switch, take one step to make sure your notes and recordings come with you. 1. Connect your device to the internet and open the old Genio Notes mobile app. This will automatically sync your content to the cloud. 2. Download the new app and log in. Your notes and recordings will be waiting for you. 3.
