## FAQs

Is this feature available on web and mobile?

Files can be annotated on both the mobile and web versions of Genio Notes. Uploading multiple files is currently web only, but these files can be viewed on mobile.

How do learners upload multiple files?

In the toolbar above the slides there is an icon to the right of the search button to upload additional files.

New slides or PDFs will be added to the end of existing files. Please note that there is currently no option to reorder files once uploaded.

What files types are supported?

Learners can upload PowerPoint (.ppt) or PDF (.pdf) files. If you have files that aren’t compatible, we have a handy document explaining how to export other file types to PDFs here.

Are annotations permanent?

Once annotations are made, they will be permanent unless erased.
